Your Kainaat Pathway

A clear journey, built around where you are now.

Your pathway begins with understanding your profile and ambition. From there, we identify what deserves attention and organise the next decisions in a practical sequence.

  1. 01

    Your profile

We begin with your academic background, experience, English readiness and practical circumstances.

  2. 02

    Your study ambition

We clarify what you want to study, why it matters to you and where you hope it can lead.

  3. 03

    Readiness & gaps

Together, we identify entry requirements and the areas that may need focused attention before applying.

  4. 04

    Suitable preparation

Where useful, we coordinate IELTS preparation or relevant short courses around your priorities.

  5. 05

    Study options

We explore courses and destinations that align with your goals, readiness, timing and budget.

  6. 06

    Application pathway

We help organise the documents and decisions needed for complete, considered applications.

  7. 07

    Visa preparation

Where applicable, visa support is handled with appropriately authorised professional guidance.

  8. 08

    Ongoing guidance

We stay focused on clear next steps through preparation, departure and the transition ahead.

Let’s understand where you stand.

Every pathway depends on the student, institution requirements and current rules. Guidance never guarantees admission or a visa outcome.

Preparation with purpose.

Focus effort on the parts of your profile that genuinely need attention.

Preparation before application

Strong applications start well before the form.

We look at readiness first, so time and money go into the steps that can strengthen your options.

English readiness

Understand the English level your intended course expects, plan IELTS preparation, and practise until results are consistent rather than rushed.

Academic fit & prerequisites

Review grades, subject prerequisites and study gaps against the published entry requirements of courses you are considering.

Relevant skills preparation

Where it genuinely strengthens an application or your studies, consider a short course that is relevant to your intended field.

Document organisation

Keep transcripts, certificates, statements and references organised early, so applications are complete and consistent when you apply.

Connected services

One connected process, from preparation to arrival.

Each stage is planned as part of the same journey. We describe what we can help with, and we are equally clear about what nobody can promise.

Prepare

Readiness & English preparation

Coordinate IELTS preparation and, when justified, short courses relevant to your intended study area.

Choose

Course exploration

Explore courses and institutions against published entry requirements, study length, location and indicative costs.

Apply

Admissions coordination

Help organise documents, prepare applications and follow up with institutions on your behalf where permitted.

Visa support

Appropriately authorised support

Visa documentation support provided only through appropriately authorised advisers. No outcome can be guaranteed by anyone.

Prepare to travel

Pre-departure & arrival

Defined pre-departure guidance covering practical planning, arrival expectations and settling-in basics.

Clear expectations

Confidence comes from knowing what happens next.

We explain the process, base guidance on published requirements and stay clear about what no adviser can promise. Admission, scholarships and visa outcomes always depend on the relevant decision-makers.

Study destinations

Destination guidance tailored to your goals.

A destination is more than a landmark. We consider course fit, entry requirements, study length, costs and the kind of student experience you want to build.

Choose a place where your course, goals and everyday life can come together.

Course-led, not brochure-led

We start with the course, entry requirements and learning environment that fit you, then consider where those choices can lead.

Cost and study length

Destination guidance considers indicative tuition, living costs and course duration alongside your academic profile.

Rules change — we check

Study and visa rules differ by country and change over time. Guidance is checked against current published information.

People and accountability

Built by two founders who believe guidance should feel personal.

Kainaat Global Pathways was founded to make the overseas-study journey clearer, more human and easier to navigate — not with shortcuts, but with patience, honesty and care.

Kapil Dhamija

Founder

Based in Melbourne, Kapil coordinates Kainaat Global Pathways' operations and brings a calm, strategic clarity to complex decisions. He starts with the student — their ambition, context and concerns — and shapes it into a practical pathway that families can understand and trust.

Sachin Madaan

Founder

Handling operations in India, Sachin keeps every journey grounded in detail, honesty and follow-through. He makes sure students and families get straight answers, clear timelines and advisers who stay with them through the real questions that arise along the way.

How we hold ourselves accountable

  • We say clearly what is possible and what is not.
  • Visa support is provided only by appropriately authorised advisers.
  • We do not promise admissions, scholarships or visa outcomes.

Readiness consultation

Tell us where you are, and we'll outline the next steps.

Share a few details about your study plans. We only ask for what is needed to prepare for a first conversation — never passports, bank statements or document uploads.
